Due to the Blind Zones during the operation of AGV/Forklift, we often have to deal with some dangerous accidents such as collisions, scratches, and even collisions. AGV/ Forklift Collision Warning system of LSLIDAR is based on advanced LiDAR technology concept and flexible software design capability, which can effectively solve or avoid the above collision accidents and protect life and property safety.
Customers can set up different alert zones within the LiDAR range: yellow (Level 1 safety monitoring zone), orange (Level 2 alarm zone) and red (Level 3 alarm zone).
In response to each customer specific security requirements by providing the associated or independent alert zone(s).
When the vehicle is turning, the detection zone can be automatically and flexibly switched to maximize the elimination capability of blind zone.
When a vehicle or pedestrian enters the collision avoidance zone, an early warning will be activated and alarm through signals such as Sound and Light.
Maximum 15 detection zones can be set
Adaptative to various complex environments
The system is based on the self-developed intelligent W series collision avoidance LiDAR, with a maximum detection range of 50 meters and a horizontal field of view of 270°. It can be used in indoor and outdoor complex storage environments.
